As the end of one’s life approaches, let’s face the moment with peace and reflection and celebrate your story.

As a certified end-of-life doula, my role in working with you is to provide emotional, educational, and spiritual support that empowers the dying and their loved ones to create a meaningful transition. I was trained through the International End-of-Life Doula Association (INELDA), certified in Healing Touch, and have rich experience supporting clients with VSED (Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking), including my own mother. I’ve gained insightful perspective through years of working with my clients in the Twin Cities, as well as with staff from Fairview Hospice, Heartland Hospice, N.C. Little Hospice, and Our Lady of Peace Hospice. I am also one of the founding members of the Minnesota Death Collaborative, a resource for end-of-life support in Minnesota.

I consider it an honor to be a companion throughout one’s end-of-life journey.
